  9.     If you specify [Y]ours, GAP will check the main board as well
  10.     as the forums for any "unread" messages that are FOR you.  This
  11.     option can be a bit slow depending upon the number of forums
  12.     and the number of messages in each forum since GAP starts at
  13.     the beginning of the file to see if any message FOR you has
  14.     been read.

  16.     If you specify [A]ll, GAP will check the main board as well as
  17.     all of the forums and display a list of message numbers that
  18.     are new since your last message read.  With this option, GAP
  19.     starts at the last message number you read.
